St. Anton, Austria, and Vienna, Austria
February 27 – March 12, 2026
Embark on an extraordinary adventure as we initiate our journey in Innsbruck, Austria, where the historic city awaits our arrival. On Saturday, February 28, we will depart from Innsbruck for a short train ride to St. Anton to commence our new ski adventure. As one of the top ski resorts in Europe, St. Anton is a familiar destination for many of us, renowned for its exceptional skiing opportunities and unique charm that surpasses other alpine ski villages we visit. The fabulous ski resort of St. Anton connects with the towns of St. Christoph, Lech, Zurs, Stuben, and the new area of Warth, forming one of the largest ski areas in Europe. For those who enjoy nightlife, St. Anton is often referred to as the St. Tropez of the Alps, and for good reason. Our group will comprise skiers of all skill levels, and St. Anton offers an abundance of terrain to cater to every level of skier. Notably, St. Anton is celebrated for its easy access to exceptional off-piste skiing, ideal for those seeking untracked powder. For advanced skiers interested in exploring unique off-piste areas, we will employ the services of a mountain guide for one or two days.

Vienna, the capital of Austria, is situated in the eastern part of the country, on the Danube River. The city’s rich artistic and intellectual heritage has been influenced by prominent residents, including Mozart, Beethoven, and Sigmund Freud. Vienna is also renowned for its grand Imperial palaces, such as Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. The Museums Quartier district showcases an array of historic and contemporary buildings, featuring works by notable artists, including Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt, and others.
During March, visitors can indulge in a diverse array of indoor and outdoor activities, with a high likelihood of witnessing the emergence of spring blooms. Notable attractions, such as the Hofburg, are ideal for exploration, alongside the Belvedere Palace and its esteemed Klimt collection. It is essential not to miss the opportunity to attend a classical music concert, visit esteemed institutions like the Kunsthistorisches Museum, or immerse oneself in the city’s vibrant cafe culture. March also presents opportunities to discover Vienna’s Easter markets and revel in the commencement of spring within the city’s parks and gardens.
Are you ready to sign up? Many skiers from our past ski groups are planning to join me. I hope you don’t miss out.

The Italian Get Away: June, 2026

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Italy is everyone’s favorite destination! Enjoy sightseeing in Venice, one of the most amazing cities in the world, then we’ll journey over to the Dolomites for gorgeous hikes through the alps, and relax at a spa hotel. The next part of our voyage take us to the historic city of Florence. Florence is known for its great shopping, cobblestone streets, fabulous cuisine, and the arts.

A short train ride from there and you will arrive in one of the most historic cities in Europe: Rome. The sightseeing will include the Colosseum, the Forum, Circus Maximus, Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican City – just to name a few of the historic sites. We will stroll through the Trastevere District eating at some of Rome’s best restaurants, and, of course, indulging in gelato as we encounter plenty of shopping.
Our final stop will be the scenic Amalfi Coast. We will spend our nights in Sorrento, and the days on the Isle of Capri. We will visit the seaside towns of Amalfi and Positano. If you desire, you might want to take a short train ride up the coast to see the ancient Roman city of Pompeii. There will be plenty of fine dining and shopping for those interested, but if you’ve had enough, you can sit back and relax while sipping the local espresso, favorite wines and Limoncello. These picturesque towns are the perfect way to end a perfect Italian excursion!

Greece Adventure: July, 2026
Our group will fly into Athens. Once there we will take the ferry to the Greek island of Mykonos, and relax island as we stroll through the narrow white washed alleyways and enjoy the majestic sea views while relaxing on the beaches.
Our next stop will be Naxos. This island is in the south Aegean, the largest of the Cyclades island group. Its fertile landscape spans mountain villages, ancient ruins and long stretches of beach and is one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands!
Santorini is next and also one of the Cyclades islands. It was devastated by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century B.C., forever shaping its rugged landscape. The whitewashed, candy-colored houses carved into cliffs, sapphire waters, and chalk-white buildings topped with cobalt-blue domes are a famous sight. Fira and Oia, cling to cliffs above an underwater caldera (crater) and overlook the sea, small islands to the west and beaches made up of black, red and white lava pebbles.
Finally, we fly back for an afternoon and evening in the capital of modern Greece and the heart of of its ancient Empire, Athens. The city is still dominated by 5th-century B.C. landmarks, including the Acropolis, a hilltop citadel topped with ancient buildings like the colonnaded Parthenon temple. After visiting the Acropolis, we’ll dine and shop in the Plaka, the historic neighborhood located at the base of the hill topped by the Acropolis.
